Our Process

Our Estimation Process

Reaching out is the first step toward solving your unstable or damaged concrete problems, and at Arise Concrete Leveling, we make the process simple.

When you reach out, we’ll ask for a few basic details about your project. Better yet, send us a photo! You can text pictures to 316-867-6565 or email them to [email protected]. Seeing the area helps us visualize the project and provide the best guidance.

Once we have the details and photos, we’ll schedule your site visit for the next available Friday, our regular estimate day. During the visit, we’ll assess your concrete and determine whether lifting and leveling is the best solution for your project.

If it is, we’ll send you a detailed estimate by email outlining the recommended repairs and associated costs. If lifting and leveling isn’t the best option, we can evaluate whether replacement is a better solution and provide pricing for that as well.

We’re happy to answer any questions, and there’s never any pressure to decide right away. If you choose to move forward, we’ll schedule your project and guide you through the next steps.

What To Expect on the Day of Your Service Visit

Upon arriving for your service visit, we’ll begin by carefully mapping out and marking the hole placement. This step is important, as proper spacing and placement allow for the most complete and even coverage beneath the slab so the foam can properly fill voids and support the concrete.

Next, we’ll start by drilling 3/8″ holes in your concrete slab. Then we’ll pump polyurethane foam into the holes and beneath the slab to begin lifting and leveling it. Finally, after waiting 15 minutes for the foam to set and reach working strength, we’ll patch the holes with grout and trim away excess material for a clean look.

Our crew uses the best tools and materials available to give you the longest-lasting results. Before we leave, we’ll clean up any debris from the area because we take pride in our work and care about the little things.

FAQs

Frequently Asked Questions

Can I Get a Rough Estimate Before I Schedule?

Of course! But with an important note. Because every project is different, we don’t give firm pricing over the phone. However, if you send us photos and a description of the issue, we can often provide a general price range to help you understand whether you’re likely looking at a smaller repair or a more involved project.

For accurate pricing, we’ll still need to complete a site visit so we can properly evaluate the concrete and determine the best solution.

How Long Does It Take To Receive an Estimate?

The exact time it takes to build an estimate depends on how many areas we need to evaluate. The more information you give us during the initial contact, the better.  Be sure to include photos of your project when you email us; it will speed up the estimate process.

After receiving your estimate, take as much time as you need to review it and compare your options. We understand this is an important decision, and we’re here if you have any questions along the way. There’s never any pressure to decide quickly.

How Long Do Polyurethane Foam Repairs Last?

Polyurethane foam repairs typically last 20 to 50+ years, often outlasting the lifespan of the concrete it’s supporting. Once the foam cures, it locks your slab in position and resists the soil movement that caused the original settlement. While results are long-lasting, the exact lifespan can vary depending on underlying soil conditions and drainage.

Do I Need To Be Home During the Service Visit?

You don’t need to stay home while we work because most of our work happens outside.

We respect your privacy and preferences, which is why we always confirm details about access and timing before we arrive. Check out our “Why Us” page to learn more reasons locals in Wichita trust Arise Concrete Leveling.
